With over 28 years of real estate experience in Atlanta, she has represented both buyers and sellers.

Katiti’s knowledge and expertise in various markets throughout Atlanta have proved invaluable to her clients, especially those relocating. For nearly 20 years, she has been an affiliate of Harry Norman Realtors. She is an agent in the Buckhead office.

Katiti has sold in some of Buckhead’s most exclusive and luxurious condominium buildings such as The Ritz Carlton Residences, Residences at The Waldorf Astoria, Park Place on Peachtree, and Gallery. She has also sold single-family luxury homes in Buckhead and sought-after communities such as Country Club of the South, Rivers Call, Drayton Hall, and River Oaks.

Katiti Mwebe is extremely conscientious about real estate transactions, working closely with clients from contract to closing. She has assisted in custom home building and renovations, offering advice and consultation alongside Atlanta’s top architects, builders, and interior designers.

Katiti’s exceptional skills for diplomacy have earned her the respect of both local and international clients. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and strong negotiation skills have led to numerous referrals and repeat business.

Prior to becoming a Realtor, Katiti Mwebe was an elementary school teacher. She attended Morris Brown College in Atlanta where she graduated Cum Laude, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education.

Katiti Mwebe is a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and holds the Certified Luxury Home Marketing designation. She is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, The Georgia Association of Realtors, and The Atlanta Realtors Association. She has served as a member of The Women’s Council of Realtors and participated on the Atlanta Realtors Association Auction Committee to benefit Habitat for Humanity. Katiti actively supports various charities, including the Wounded Warrior Project, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the Atlanta Community Food Bank, MAP International, and the Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta.
